What is the minimum order quantity to start a clothing brand?
Our Start Your Brand programme begins at 35 pieces per style. You can distribute across sizes (S, M, L, XL) within that quantity. As your brand grows, we scale with you to hundreds or thousands of pieces.
How much does it cost to produce clothing in Turkey?
Pricing depends on fabric, construction, decoration and quantity. Turkey is competitive with Portugal and offers lower minimums and faster delivery than East Asia. Send us your requirements and we quote within 5 business days.
How long does it take from idea to finished product?
Sampling takes 10–14 business days. Bulk production takes 25–35 business days after sample approval. Total timeline from first contact to delivery is typically 8–10 weeks.
What products can you manufacture?
T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, joggers, activewear, knitwear, and woven garments. Jersey from 140 GSM to 450 GSM, plus performance fabrics with 4-way stretch, moisture-wicking and quick-dry technology.
Do you ship to Europe and the United States?
Yes. We export to the EU at 0% duty under the Turkey–EU Customs Union, plus the UK, US, Canada, Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries. Truck freight from Izmir reaches most EU hubs within a week. Door-to-door delivery is available.
Can I put my own brand labels and packaging?
Yes. Private label is our standard service. Custom woven main labels, care labels, size labels, hang tags and individual packaging are all included in our full-package production.
Do I need experience in fashion production?
No. Most of our brand partners started with zero production experience. You bring the idea — a sketch, a photo, a mood board — and we guide you through every step from fabric selection to delivery.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Our office is in Folkart Tower, Izmir. Production facilities are within 30 minutes in the Kemalpaşa and Menemen textile clusters. We welcome factory visits during a sampling trip.
