What is the minimum order for custom knitwear?
200 to 300 pieces per colour, per style. Knitwear requires yarn-lot consistency, so minimums are higher than jersey products. For simpler gauges, we can discuss 150 pcs.
What yarns do you use for knitwear?
Cotton, merino wool, lambswool, acrylic, viscose, nylon and blends. We source from Turkish and Italian yarn suppliers. Recycled and organic yarns available on request.
Can you produce fully-fashioned knitwear?
Yes. We produce both fully-fashioned (shaped panels) and cut-and-sew knitwear. Fully-fashioned is available on Stoll and Shima Seiki machines in fine to chunky gauges.
How long does knitwear production take?
Sampling takes 14-21 business days due to yarn procurement and knitting. Bulk production takes 30-45 business days after sample approval, depending on gauge and complexity.
What gauges do you offer?
From 3 gauge (chunky) to 14 gauge (fine). Most popular for fashion knitwear are 5 gauge, 7 gauge and 12 gauge. We advise the best gauge based on your design and yarn choice.
Do you ship knitwear to Europe duty-free?
Yes. Eligible garments enter the EU at 0% duty under the Turkey-EU Customs Union with A.TR documentation. Truck freight from Izmir reaches most EU destinations within a week.
