You bring the concept — a sketch, a photo, a competitor reference. We refine it into a production-ready tech pack with fabric, colour and construction details.
Fabric sourcing
We source from audited Turkish and international suppliers. Cotton, organic cotton, recycled polyester, performance blends. Fabric development for custom constructions.
Sampling
Physical samples shipped for fit, fabric and print approval. Revisions included. Typical turnaround: 10–14 business days.
Production
Cut, sew, print, embroider, wash, finish, QC, pack. Inline quality checkpoints at every stage. Your label, your packaging, your brand.
Export and logistics
FOB Izmir. Truck to EU (4 days to Milano), sea freight worldwide. Full export documentation including A.TR for EU duty-free entry.

I am starting a new brand. Can you help with design?
Yes. You bring the concept — even just a mood board or reference images — and we develop it into a production-ready tech pack. We are not a design agency, but we have 36 years of garment development experience.
What is the minimum order to start?
Our Start Your Brand programme begins at 35 pcs per style. Standard production MOQs range from 50 to 200 pcs depending on the product category.
Can I put my own label and packaging?
Yes. Private label means your brand, your labels, your hang tags, your packaging. We produce to your specifications.
How much does it cost to produce a hoodie or t-shirt in Turkey?
Pricing depends on fabric, weight, construction, decoration and quantity. Send us your requirements and we will quote within 5 business days. As a guide, Turkey is competitive with Portugal and more expensive than Bangladesh, but with lower minimums and faster delivery.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes. We export to the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Netherlands and other markets. FOB Izmir, with sea freight or air freight depending on urgency.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Our office is in Folkart Tower, Izmir. Production facilities are within 30 minutes in the Kemalpaşa and Menemen textile clusters. We welcome factory visits during a sampling trip.
